Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella uses Copilot AI to turn podcast episodes into short summaries, making it easier for him to listen during his daily drive.
Instead of listening to full podcast episodes, Nadella reads or listens to AI-generated summaries created from transcripts using Microsoft Copilot, an AI tool that helps users work faster by summarising, drafting and analyzing content.
During his commute to Microsoft’s Redmond office, he interacts with Copilot — asking questions about the podcast summaries like a personal assistant.
Nadella also uses Copilot to shorten his Teams messages and Outlook emails, making it easier for him to keep up with work.
He uses at least 10 AI agents created with Copilot Studio. These bots handle different responsibilities and support his work as virtual aides.
Nadella refers to these AI agents as his “chiefs of staff,” each one customized for tasks like summarizing reports or monitoring company updates.
By incorporating AI into routine activities, Nadella exemplifies how technology can augment personal and professional tasks.
