My favourite drink would be our own 2013 award-winning Sauvignon Blanc, especially in the summer. This is the wine that I, in a way, grew up with in my wine life.

I’m a big sucker for the The Godfather series: the first two, not the third. I also love Apocalypse Now by Francis Ford Coppola. I think these movies are timeless classics.

Two of my favourite books have come to define the genre of magical realism. Gabriel García Márquez’s 100 Years of Solitude and Salman Rushdie’s Midnight’s Children are, again, classics.

Nothing quite beats just a thin slice of jamón ibérico; but if I had to pick a cuisine then I would say Japanese for the sheer artistry, amazing taste and health quotient.

Goa in the winter and London in the summer. Goa, because that is my neighbourhood and London, because summers there are one of the most amazing experiences.

I love tennis because I’ve been playing it since I was a kid and had reached quite a high level. I love watching it as well, especially at the Wimbledon Centre Court.
