A movie that inspires you…
Since I love sports, particularly golf and football, two films that made a great impression on me while growing up are The Greatest Game Ever Played and Escape to Victory.

...and a song?
What a Wonderful World by Louis Armstrong

When anxiety sets in?
I remind myself that ‘this too shall pass’. If the situation requires immediate action, I act.

Other ways to de-stress?
Just being active and having interests beyond work help me. I love golf and squash. Golf is not just about winning a game. It is about bonding with your friends.

Lowest point in your life? How did you deal with it?
The best way to handle lows in life is by talking to people who love you, to people who understand you, and people who have only your best interest at heart. Not sharing is the worst thing to do.

An anecdote or lesson you’d like to share?
I tell people who work with me two things. First, take a ‘helicopter view’. Look at things from a distance, this helps you realise that the situation is not as terrible as you think it is. The second, and even more important, is to take things lightly. Look at the funny side of a difficult, stressful situation.
