A movie that inspires you…
Pather Panchali directed by the great Satyajit Ray, which is such a well told story on simple living and human relationships.

...and a song?
I am a huge Kishore Kumar fan. The track 'Kuchh Toh Log Kahenge' resonates with reality. I thoroughly believe that one ought to follow one's heart, whatever others may think of you.

When anxiety sets in?
Music works as a great stress-buster. When I am alone at work or home, I put the player on and croon away to happiness!

Other ways to de-stress?
If I think a project could be stressful, I plan and delegate. Stress levels escalate when you are not sure if your plans will give the desired results. So, I take small decisions every day, things turn out as planned and stress goes out the window.

An anecdote or lesson you’d like to share?
Once, during the early days of Bizongo, I met a very successful and senior internet entrepreneur and excitedly pitched the idea of our start-up to him. But, he seemed unimpressed. He told me that we should build a B2B chat service instead, because he believed our idea didn’t have a lot of merit. It was disheartening but we stuck to our original plan, and boy, am I glad that we did!
