Life is all about timing, it’s about knowing when to ‘hold them’, knowing when to ‘fold them’, knowing when to walk away and knowing when to run. Most importantly, you never count your money when you are sitting at the table, there will be enough time to count when the dealing is done.

When anxiety sets in…
I listen to music. Fifteen minutes of uninterrupted music helps.   

Other ways to de-stress?
Planning is key. Plan every day, every week, month, year and, if possible, couple of years in advance. They don’t have to be watertight plans but they should give direction.
