Car-servicing start-up, GoMechanic announced the launch of ‘Electric Vehicle Services’ for key fleet operators in the EV space.
In line with its new expansion strategy, GoMechanic announced plans to broaden its service offerings from Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) vehicles to Electric Vehicles (EVs), catering specifically to industry-leading fleet operators.
The company will target to service/repair over 10,000+ smart vehicles across India in the year 2024-25. EV fleet services will include periodic vehicle service for major repairs - including paint, tyres, windshield, side mirrors, brake pads, repair, and replacements.
Commenting on the expansion, Himanshu Arora, CEO, and co-founder, GoMechanic said, “Partnering with key EV fleet leaders and servicing their fleet across India will provide the required support to the EV segment, which is a much sought-after pursuit of the government. Further, with our price competitiveness, GoMechanic promises to help our partners stay competitive and sustainable in this growing space”.

Adding to this, Vikash Mishra, founder and CEO of MoEVing, said, "This partnership allows us to combine our expertise with GoMechanic's established network ensuring improved and expedited services for our customers but also a significant boost in the efficiency of our operations."
GoMechanic is a technology-driven automotive service and repair company acquired by Servizzy, a subsidiary of the Lifelong Group. Following substantial funding of $6 million dollars earlier this year, GoMechanic has reported rapid growth and expansion since its acquisition by Servizzy.
The company successfully ventured into the spare parts and accessories market earlier this year and introduced GoMechanic LUXE, exclusive repair centers servicing luxury cars. The collaboration with prominent players in the electric vehicle space indicates a foray into sustainable mobility, it added in the statement.
