Superfood brand, Nourish You has acquired a vegan dairy brand, One Good. Founded in 2016 under the name Goodmylk, One Good, headquartered in Bengaluru, is best known for its award-winning range of vegan dairy products like milk, cheeses, chocolates, curd, ghee, butter, and more.
The company said in a release that it has long-term growth strategies to grow the brand. One Good team including CEO and co-founder Abhay Rangan, CFO, and co-founder Radhika Datt, and COO Dhivakar Sathyamurthy will be joining the leadership team at Nourish You.
Speaking on the acquisition, Krishna Reddy, co-founder of Nourish You, said, “The acquisition integrates Nourish You’s commitment to animal welfare with our existing values of nourishing consumers, farmers, and the planet. It also reinforces our commitment to make healthy, flavorful plant-based foods, affordable and accessible.”

Zerodha founder Nikhil Kamath backed packaged foods company is also backed by Samantha Ruth Prabhu as an investor. The start-up is backed by investors such as Y Janardhana Rao from Triumph Group, Rohit Chennamaneni, co-founder of Darwinbox, Abhijeet Pai, co-founder of Gruhas Proptech, Abhinay Bollineni, CEO of KIMS Hospitals, among others.

One Good is known for its efforts in innovating to offer vegan milk at a lesser cost as compared to cow’s milk in select pockets of the country. The vegan dairy start-up has acquired 3 plant-based companies to date.
