Coimbatore-based pet food company, TABPS Pets Private Limited has raised its Rs 6.5 crores in its seed round. The round saw significant interest from investors, including cricketers Hemang Badhani and K.S Bharath. 

The company plans to devote the funding to enhance production capabilities, expand distribution networks, and invest in research and development to bring new and innovative products to pet owners, the company said in a release. 

Expressing his excitement about the successful fundraise, Brindha Prabhu, founder and CEO of TABPS Pets, stated, "This funding will play a pivotal role in propelling our mission to provide pet owners with high-quality, Ayurveda-powered products for their beloved companions."
