My favourite book is Gurudev: On the Plateau of the Peak by Bhanumathi Narasimhan, based on the life of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. It is written in the form of short stories and each of them have some learning at the end. This allows us to connect it deeply with today's reality and gain a lot of insightful understanding.

My favourite travel memory is that of a golfing holiday just off the coast of Singapore in Bintan Island, with six other families. With so many of us together, we had a great time there. But my all-time favourite travel destination has to be a tie between London and New York.

I like Chinese and Thai cuisines. My favourite dish is Thai green curry. The best part about it is the lingering taste of kaffir lime and kabocha squash. The burst of pungent flavours, so typically Thai, is best savoured with Jasmine rice.

As a child, I played a lot. I captained cricket, hockey and football teams in school. In college, I played hockey. I still follow cricket closely. In fact, during my tenure with Britannia,  I was responsible for half the Indian team having the Britannia logo on their bats.

I love listening to rock and roll music, especially The Beatles and The Rolling Stones. I grew up listening to their songs and a lot of childhood memories are attached to it.
